By submitting content through SasksVoice, you agree to these Terms of Service and our content guidelines.
2. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting, you grant SasksVoice a non-exclusive license to publish your content on our Instagram page and associated platforms.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Includes explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
- Promotes illegal activities
4. Moderation
All submissions are subject to automated and manual review. SasksVoice reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any content at our discretion.
5. Payments
Promotional posts require payment via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once content has been published. If content is rejected, a refund will be issued.
6. Privacy
We collect IP addresses, submission metadata, and optional contact information solely for moderation and communication purposes. We do not sell your data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
